We will be virtually training until 9 Dec 20 due to the increase in cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia. Following that, we will begin our holiday break and will hopefully return in-person in January.
We've been given the opportunity for our staff cadets to assist, virtually, with NLCC MicMac training. Please email [email protected] if you're interested by NLT Friday, November 27, 2020.
Virtual band training is happening this Sunday from 12-2pm. If you're interested, send us an email or look for the event on our Facebook Group.

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in the Halifax area, we will resume virtual training on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm until further notice.
Cookie dough fundraiser: All orders are due to the Navy League of Canada - Halifax Branch by no later then 19 Nov 20. Each cadet is expected to sell at least two tubs of cookie dough! All orders and money are to be submitted to [email protected].
Virtual RCSCC NELSON Music Training: on Sunday from 12-2pm we are hosting music training via GoToMeeting. Please email [email protected] for login information.
Phase Five Workshop: Phase fives need to advise SLt Jack via email your selections ([email protected]).
Detailed Health Questionnaires: meet the Admin O in front of HMCS SCOTIAN on Monday, November 23 from 5:30-5:45pm to drop these off. If you cannot make that time, please mail in the form to RCSU(A). Email [email protected] for the address.

Due to Remembrance Day, we will be training virtually on November 10, 2020 at 6:30pm. Login details will be shared shortly.
The Canadian Armed Forces and Cadets Canada have cancelled all in-person Remembrance Day ceremonies due to COVID-19. Therefore, Cadets are not authorized to participate in any in-person Remembrance Day activities in uniform. However, we encourage virtual participation in the National Remembrance Day Ceremony being held on Facebook live.
If you're interested in the Virtual Music Seminars by our Regional Cadet Support Unit (Atlantic), please refer to the Facebook post from CV Sack-Redden and email us your requested dates to [email protected],
The virtual Phase Five Workshop is mandatory for our cadets. Please check out our emails from SLt Jack for more details but deadlines for signing up are November 6 and November 25.

In Person Training Update

Hi Everyone!!
I'm SO happy to tell you that we have found a temporary home for in-person training at the Italian-Canadian Cultural Association at 2629 Agricola St, Halifax, NS B3K 4C7 on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm starting THIS Wednesday, November 4, 2020.
What does this mean?

This Wednesday will be Awards and Presentations! So you don't need to prepare anything but your uniforms (if they still fit).

The space is one large room so we will likely be sectioned off with each phase in a corner to train.
I am continuing consultations with HMCS SCOTIAN to get back into that building ASAP so this is NOT a permanent solution.
