The Administration Department handles paperwork, cadet files, new enrolments, attendance records, special event applications (summer camp etc), and also maintains the corps website.

The Supply Department oversees the sizing and distribution of cadet uniforms, including replacement or exchange parts. Supply can also provide information about how to properly wear and care for the uniform.
