I have confirmed people to replace me for all my duties. I am waiting to hear back from people I asked. I need the Training Staff to help me find somebody. I have not asked anyone yet.

This form is intended for staff cadets who are unable to attend for dates on which they have assigned duties. It provides a simple way of notifying the Training Department Staff, with the goal of ensuring all duties and classes are covered in a timely manner.

If you will be absent on a date when you do not have any duties or responsibilities, please fill out a Leave Request form for attendance purposes instead.
